CurifyLabs Blister 10x1ml is a unit-dose packaging system designed for compounded medicines, addressing persistent challenges in pharmacy workflows such as dose removal, labelling accuracy, and handling consistency. Conventional blister formats often introduce variability and risk, whereas this system enables clean, controlled dose removal through a domed cavity and peelable foil, preserving dose integrity and ensuring predictable handling.

Each unit is designed for clarity and safety, with perforations that allow individual doses to be separated while keeping remaining doses sealed, reducing contamination risk. Integrated unit-level labelling ensures that critical information stays with each dose throughout its lifecycle, supporting accurate dispensing and treatment adherence.

Material selection reflects both performance and sustainability requirements. The blister is manufactured from recyclable APET or PETG and paired with a heat-sealable aluminium lid. The components can be separated after use and processed through existing recycling streams, offering a more responsible alternative to conventional PVC-based packaging.

The system reinforces production consistency through built-in alignment features that support precise foil and label application, enabling reliable manual workflows and compatibility with automated dispensing systems. Developed as part of the CurifyLabs ecosystem, Blister 10x1ml transforms each dose into a controlled, traceable unit, bringing precision, safety, and confidence to everyday clinical practice.
